Residence permits for Ukrainians extended until 31 March 2027
Residence permits issued in connection with the armed conflict in Ukraine are automatically extended until 31 March 2027. A prior appointment is required for a new visa sticker.

Residence permits issued in connection with the armed conflict in Ukraine are automatically extended until 31 March 2027. This is provided for by the amendment to Act No. 65/2022. If a new visa sticker with an extended validity period is required, an appointment should be booked in advance. Booking is available through the personal account on the Information Portal for Foreigners or by phone through the client centre at +420 974 801 801. To book correctly through the personal account, select the service “Placement of a new residence permit (Ukraine)”.
