EET 2.0: businesses can already register, sales recording starts 1 January 2027

The Financial Administration has opened EET 2.0 functions in DIS+ on the MOJE daně portal. Sales recording starts on 1 January 2027; January is a pilot month with no enforcement.

A Ministry of Finance press release of 2 November 2026: the Financial Administration has made EET 2.0 functions available in the Tax Information Box Plus (DIS+) on the MOJE daně portal. Entrepreneurs can already register for sales recording, set up evidence units and generate certificates for cash registers. On MOJE daně you choose Online finanční úřad and can log in with Identita občana, data box credentials or credentials issued by the Financial Administration. Sales recording starts on 1 January 2027; January is a pilot period in which sales are recorded as normal but the Financial Administration will not enforce the obligations. From 1 December 2026 a free web application, MOJE eet, will launch for the smallest entrepreneurs.
