Property tax: second instalment due by 30 November 2026
If property tax exceeds CZK 5,000, it can be paid in two instalments: by 1 June and by 30 November 2026. What counts is the day the money is credited to the tax office's account.

The Financial Administration reminded owners about paying property tax. The tax was due by 1 June 2026, and the deciding date is the day the amount is credited to the account of the competent tax office. If the tax is higher than CZK 5,000, it can be paid in two instalments: by 1 June 2026 and by 30 November 2026. Payment details including a QR code are in the Tax Information Box Plus (DIS+) on the MOJE daně portal; they may also arrive by email or on a paper payment slip, which can be paid at a Czech Post branch or by bank transfer.
