The Client Centre for providing information to foreigners and the Information Line on temporary protection will operate on a changed schedule during the Christmas holidays, with a break from 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026.

The Client Centre for providing information to foreigners and the Information Line on temporary protection will operate on a changed schedule during the Christmas holidays. The line 974 801 801 will be unavailable from 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. For urgent matters, you can contact [pobyty@mv.gov.cz](mailto:pobyty@mv.gov.cz). On 22 December 2025, the temporary protection line (974 801 802) and the email address [ukrajina@mv.gov.cz](mailto:ukrajina@mv.gov.cz) will operate as usual. On 29–30 December 2025, they will also operate as usual. From 31 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, the line and email address will be unavailable.
