Free Italian cooking workshop: from potato to gnocchi, 22 November
On 22 November 2026 from 13:30 to 15:00 the Integration Centre Prague holds a free workshop where participants cook Italian gnocchi from scratch together. Open to everyone, held in English.

The Integration Centre Prague invites you to cook and eat Italian gnocchi from scratch with pumpkin sauce, parmesan fondue and pancetta; a vegetarian version without pancetta is also available. No prior knowledge is needed, just be ready to get your hands dirty and work as a team. The goal is to prepare an amazing dish together that you can easily recreate at home. The hosts are Cate from Italy and Nelda, who both moved to Prague for their Master's studies. When: Sunday 22 November 2026, 13:30 to 15:00. Where: Integrační centrum Praha offices, Žitná 1574/51, Prague 1; ring at 'Učebny' and go up to the 4th floor. Participation is free and open to everyone; you may bring an apron. The workshop is in English and registration through the event page is required. The event is also open to Ukrainians living in Prague.
