Autumn hike with ICP in the Jílové area with a visit to a parrot rescue station, 7 November
Integrační centrum Praha invites you on 7 November 2026 to a hike of about 14 km around Jílové with a visit to the Papouščí ráj parrot rescue station. Meeting at 9:20 at Prague main railway station.

The Integration Centre Prague organises a hike led by volunteer Milan Kasimír. The meeting point is Prague main railway station, in front of the ČD Centrum ticket offices, on 7 November 2026 at 9:20; the group takes metro line C to Opatov and bus no. 327 at 10:04. The main stop is the Papouščí ráj rescue station, which helps abandoned parrots and other tropical birds. The route then runs about 14 km through forests, meadows and villages south of Prague, with lunch at around 13:45 in Nechánice. The return reaches Prague at 17:17 or 17:47. Entry to the station: CZK 250 for adults, free for children up to 15; public transport fares follow the PID tariff (CZK 36 or 48 one way when paying through the PID app). Suitable for children from 8, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The hike is held in Czech and requires good knowledge of the language. Registration is through the event page. Ukrainians living in Prague are welcome to join.
